What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, phone, password, profile photo, occupation, and optional profile fields. Bank name, account number, and account name if you add them for payouts or a team account.

Team and project activity: membership, invites, posts, comments, likes, friend requests, contributions, proof-of-payment files, vault votes, and rotational payout slots.

Technical data: login session, IP address, and basic device data needed to keep the account signed in and to investigate abuse.

Why we use it

To run your account, show your teams and projects, confirm contributions, draw and lock rotational payout order, send in-app and email notices, and calculate the platform fee when a vault is released.

Team admins and project creators can see member names, payment proofs, and contribution status for that team. Other members see what the team feed and project page already show. We do not sell your data.

Who else sees it

Hosting and email providers that deliver the app and notices. If you pay outside Ajo, your bank sees that transfer. Ajo does not receive your card or banking password.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud on a team you belong to.

How long we keep it

Account and contribution records stay while the account or team is active, and for a reasonable period after, so a dispute about a vault or a draw can still be checked. You can ask us to delete your account. We may keep a minimal record of confirmed payments and ballot hashes where another member’s payout depends on them.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove a photo, and leave a team. Email notices can be ignored, but in-app records of approvals and draws stay. Contact support@ajosafe.com for access or deletion requests.
